The lock

The hub
The brain of the system that syncs and connects the smart lock and sensors. Runs with a built in back- up battery power and cellular connection in the event of a power outage.

Keyless access
The Ubutouch door lock is activated via the Ubutouch app. You can add up to 5 member’s fingerprints to your home.
You can also remotely lock/unlock the front door from the Ubutouch app.
In app notifications
Receive in-app notifications once loved ones are home, when service personnel arrive, which areas they enter and time of their exit.
All activity is available in the app for you to review later at your convenience.
Service provider

Once a service provider gets to your front door, the Ubutouch app will verify the service provider’s identity, using facial recognition, and automatically grant him/her access to your home.

Efficient access control
Once a service provider has been granted access an access code and or facial recognition will be used to verify the service provider. This will ensure that traffic does not get backed up at the gate.

Vetted service providers
Only service providers that have been verified by Ubutouch will be allowed to gain access. Each service provider will use facial recognition to enter resident units.
